Appointment system:

The customer visits the fitment centre based on an online appointment system developed inhouse. This ensures minimal wait time for the customer thereby leading to a higher degree of customer satisfaction.

SMS based service:

Customer is sent regular informatory sms’s on his registered mobile number guiding him though every step of the HSRP fitment process, right from receipt generation to the final fitment of the product on the customers’ vehicle.

Online payment:

The customer has the option of paying online via a debit / credit card / netbanking in addition to payment counters at every RTO. We have further tied up with PayU, which is a leader in providing payment gateway solutions in order to enable seamless online payment transfers.

eWallet:

This service has been developed inhouse for the dealers. Dealers can deposit any amount in their online wallet which is secured by a unique login and password. This amount can then be used for carrying out HSRP related transactions.

Android based mobile application:

This application ensures that photographs of customers with their vehicles post fitment of HSRP is captured and automatically uploaded in a central secure server post submission. This further strengthens the overall security and implementation of the project.
