આથી મોટર વાહન માલિકોને જણાવવાનું કે આપના વાહનમાં અગાઉ લગાવામાં આવેલ HSRP નંબર પ્લેટ ઉપર લાગતી બ્લેક ફોઈલ (બ્લેક કલર) જો ગમે તે કારણોસર નીકળી ગઈ હોય તો આપ સોમ થી શુક્ર માં ૧૧ થી ૫ ના સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન આપની સંબંધિત RTO/ARTO કચેરી માં HSRP કાઉન્ટર ઉપર સંપર્ક કરીને ફી ચૂકવ્યા વગર(ફ્રી ઓફ કોસ્ટ) HSRP નંબર પ્લેટ ઉપર નવી બ્લેક ફોઈલ લગાવી શકો છો. જેની વ્યવસ્થા અને સંચાલન FTA HSRP દ્વારા હાથ ધરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેના માટે તમારે તમારું વાહન સંબંધિત RTO કચેરી માં રૂબરૂ લઇ જવાનું રહેશે. અને તમે આ કામ માટે એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ લઈને પણ આવી શકો છો.

નીચે મુજબની એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ પધ્ધતિ હાથ ધરવામાં આવેલ છે,

નોંધ- ફક્ત બ્લેક ફોઈલ ના કારણે થયેલી ખરાબી વાળી પ્લેટ બ્લેક ફોઈલ કરી આપવામાં આવશે અન્ય કારણોસર ખરાબ થયેલી પ્લેટ કરી આપવામાં આવશે નહિ જેની નોંધ લેવા વિનંતી.

HSRP Online Appointment System

Seeking Online appointment is mandatory for fitment of High Security Registration Plates on the vehicle of any customers. Customers can choose time slot and date as per their convenience and availability. This appointment ensures efficient service in optimal time by our dedicated team and reduces waiting for customers at the RTO.

Note : In case of Invalid Carriage Vehicle fitment customer can visit the RTO for HSRP fitment without taking Appointment after received message for HSRP readiness .

You can use this service if have the following:

  • Your HSRP Receipt must be handy with you while booking an appointment.
  • Your must get an “HSRP is ready for fitment? SMS from our auto SMS facility.
  • Customer, while coming for HSRP fitment for their old vehicle must get the old number plate removed and submit the same at HSRP department.
